The average employment time for the XMLShop employees is more than six years. The first five employees are still working for XMLShop today.

Suren Ter-Saakov
founder and CEO of XMLShopSuren has been interested in technology from an early age. He was accepted to the university, when he was only 15 years old. After receiving his degree, he moved to the U.S. In 2002, he founded XMLShop, LLC (initially named Tsuren, LLC). In his spare time, Suren works on a number of side projects. He has continued to invent and test new technological solutions, for both his office and home.
